Positive: Location good for getting into the main shopping area bars restaurants and historic area. Good views across the port due to being 7th floor and more or less frontline.
Negative: We were initially given a completely different apartment to the one we booked, it only had 3 bedrooms not 4 as required and in an entirely different location so was entirely unsuitable. We were told the one we had booked was no longer available, however we had never received a message prior to arrival indicating this was the case. After a bit of a heated discussion it transpired it was available after all, at least for our stay. Caleta homes did give us a bottle of wine and offer to pay for taxis. I’ve noted it is no longer rentable on Booking.com. As stated above the apartment does have 4 bedrooms but the 4th accessed via the kitchen is quite small and has no air conditioning ( ceiling fan) so got really hot. Apart from this it is a very modern apartment with good fixtures and fittings and we would have marked it higher if we hadn’t had the initial problem.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay after shaky start.
